Our wedding dress cleaning service is designed to care for your gown with the attention, skill, and expertise every bridal gown deserves. After your special day, your dress will be professionally cleaned, carefully inspected, and folded in layers of acid-free tissue paper before being presented back to you in a breathable box—so you can preserve it beautifully for years to come.
Cleaning can take up to 12 weeks, during which your gown undergoes professional care and quality checks. Minor signs of wear and tear from your celebration are common; these can be repaired at an additional cost if required.
Not local? We can safely courier your gown back to you for £25.
Please note, our cleaners are no longer accepting glitter-covered dresses. If you’re unsure whether your gown is suitable, please email us a picture before booking.
As with any professional cleaning, we cannot guarantee that every mark will be removed. The success of stain removal depends on the type of mark, the fabric, and how long it has been present. There is a delicate balance between removing marks and preserving the integrity of the fabric. Our team will hand-treat your dress as many times as needed to achieve the best results, taking care not to over-process and risk fibre weakness or damage.
