APPOINTMENTS

Most brides will require three appointments to complete the standard bridal alterations process. If your dress needs only minor adjustments, or if additional or custom work is required, we will discuss and adjust your appointment plan together during your fittings.

For brides travelling a significant distance, we may be able to offer a same-day service, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for further details.

To request an appointment, please complete the booking form and keep an eye on your emails for our reply. We always respond to enquiries, even if we are fully booked, so please remember to check your junk folder as well. We aim to reply within five working days of receiving your form.

You are also welcome to follow us on social media, where we share updates if response times are affected.

APPOINTMENT FEE

A £25 appointment fee is required to secure your bookings.

Once your proposed dates have been confirmed, we will send a secure payment link to the phone number provided on your booking form. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the appointments may be released to another bride.

The appointment fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, or if you decide not to proceed with us for your alterations.

GUESTS

To ensure a calm, focused experience and allow us the space required to work comfortably, we can accommodate one guest per bridal appointment.

Additional guests will not be permitted, and guests may not rotate in and out during the appointment.

While we adore little ones, our studio environment requires full attention and care. For this reason, children under 16 are not permitted in the studio.
