Meet The Team

Director, Seamstress

"The dress was sprinkled with fairy dust by the creative Gemma Owen from Stitched Up"

Stitched Up est.2008

I studied Fashion Design at City College Coventry for two years, after deciding university wasn't for me, I began working in a local sewing shop & trained to be a seamstress.

I spent the following few years working from home, contracting work from several local businesses.

Stitched Up opened its doors in Kenilworth in June 2015, having absolutely no background in business, or life..really. We've built up an incredible client base and Stitched Up is growing by the second.

I specialise in Bridal Alterations and am fortunate enough to work alongside some fabulous bridal shops doing what I love every day.

Sammie Lou Bridal Couture - Rugby

Victoria Lou Bridal - Atherstone

Quello Bridal Boutique - Kenilworth.

Florence Bridal - Rugby

Thank you so very much for supporting a local business.

Shop Manager

This is the lovely smile you'll be welcomed with when you drop in to Stitched Up. Jaclyn is the real boss lady here, she knows the ins & outs of everything that goes on in store & online.

Jaclyn moved to England around 10 years ago after travelling in Australia & meeting her now husband, Adam.

Before Stitched Up, Jaclyn worked at a bridal store as well as running her own bridal hair business 'Timeless' .

Jaclyn has some fabulous skills when it comes to calming nerves & offering advice on all things wedding! So brides, you're in good hands here!

Emma studied Fashion Design at City College Coventry for two years back in 2006. She went on to graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Fashion Design & Technology.

Emma has a wealth of knowledge from working within the Fashion Industry, her previous job roles include: Visual Merchandiser, Ladies Knitwear Design Assistant, Womenswear Design Assistant & Team Manager.

What Emma doesn't know about garment construction really isn't worth knowing.

Somewhere within all this madness Emma took the opportunity to spend a year travelling around Australasia and South East Asia exploring new cultures.

Most recently Emma has taken on a new venture in the form of her very own business Hide & Seek. For more of what Emma has to offer check out her business Insta @thisishideandseek
